Kylie Jenner's cosmetics line may be a sensation among her followers and fans, but that doesn't mean everyone is on board with the model/reality-star/self-proclaimed-wig-starter's products. Like a bad Yelp! review streaming in real-time, Jeffree Star shared his thoughts on Jenner's KYLIE lipgloss line on Twitter April 15 — and he did not hold back.

After receiving his order of two glosses from the makeup brand, Star slammed the product's applicators, sharing, "So I got the new [KYLIE Cosmetics] lip glosses.... SO disappointed in this product. That wand is unacceptable." Posting a photo, the makeup artist revealed that when he first opened the lip product, the brush on the end of the applicator was mangled, with hairs sticking out in every direction — a nightmare for anyone trying to apply lipgloss.

"No shade but... How the f--- can a multimillion dollar celebrity, think this is acceptable?? Was there no quality control?" he continued, claiming in another tweet that while he saw Kylie did "kinda" address the problem on Snapchat, telling fans that she would fix it moving forward, it was unclear whether customers who had already purchased from the line and received faulty products would be stuck with a bad applicator.

"So the first customers were just guinea pigs? How is that fair for a consumer to get something shitty and then the next launch its fixed?" Star broadly questioned — a fair point about celebrity product launches.

Luckily, the story had a happy ending: The YouTube personality's review caught Kylie's attention to the point of eliciting a response both personal and professional, with the Kardashians star tweeting Jeffree about how they have the "same passion," as well as releasing a statement promising that customers who had received defective wands would be getting a new product sent their way. Well done, everyone — here's to consumer justice!
