Host of ‘The Daytripper’ Visits Midland

"The Daytripper" host Chet Gardner visited Midland for his show that airs on Basin PBS on Thursdays at 7:30pm.

NewsWest 9 reports the show host Chet Gardner was in Midland on November 6, 2018 to tape the latest episode of "The Daytripper."

The show is all about Texas showing obscure dives, obscure hideaways, food, and people, all within a day drive from anywhere in Texas.

"The Daytripper" is broadcast all over the state of Texas and originates out of KLRU-TV in Austin.
