According to a report in the Montgomery County Police Reporter, the main lanes of Highway 59 and feeder lanes are closed at the Highway 105 intersection due to a potential explosion.

As of 4:30 p.m., the refrigeration system had stopped working on a truck carrying liquefied organic peroxide which could catch fire and subsequently explode once reaching 50 degrees F.  According to officials, that temperature is close to being reached.

Businesses around Performance Trucking are being evacuated as a precaution.

UPDATE 7:00PM : Road is now clear, but travel is slow due to the extreme amount of back up.  Problem was solved by transferring the hazardous material to another refrigerated truck.
