Help Students in Odessa Send a Science Experiment to Space

Some science students at ECISD are getting an opportunity to send a science experiment into space.

According to NewsWest 9, the students do need some help to get it going so that's where you come in, and all you have to do is eat at Chili's.

The project is called the Student Spaceflight Experiments Program and it is a part of the Falcon Early College High School Students' Space Program at UTPB.

So the Chili's on 42nd in Odessa is helping out this program. Since the project is only funded by grants, Chili's will give a portion of all they make today to that project.

The proceeds will go to the students' airfare, food, and lodging while they are in Washington, D.C.

All you have to do is tell Chili's you are supporting the UTPB Falcons, but it will only be happening at the Chili's in Odessa and today (March 8, 2018) only.

Chili's on 42nd and JBS Parkway will be open till 10:00 p.m. tonight.
