Grand Opening Held for New Drivers License Office at the Airport

The new drivers license office at the airport in Midland opened on July 31, but Tuesday was the grand opening.

According to NewsWest 9, the new office is a lot bigger than the old one at almost 18,000 square feet of space and now is located at the Midland International Air and Space Port.

Officials say the new building can serve more people more efficiently and offer new technology too.

Now you can set your place in line through your smartphone before you even get to the office.
