Game of Thrones’ Season 7 premiere didn’t exactly hasten the show’s glacial pace, but will Sunday’s “Stormborn” pick things up? It looks like Jon’s got a new mission (and a tense confrontation with Littlefinger), while Arya returns to civilization in the latest photos.

HBO shared six new photos from Sunday’s coming “Stormborn,” picking up with Daenerys and co. having made it to “Dragonstone.” We’ve a couple ideas what could ruffle Jon’s feathers in the Winterfell crypt with Littlefinger (Sansa similarly looks none-too-pleased), while poor Sam is still relegated to serving Maester Ebrose (Jim Broadbent):

It also looks as if Arya has left poor Ed Sheeran behind, so here’s the synopsis for “Stormborn” in the meantime:

Episode #62: “Stormborn”

Debut: SUNDAY, JULY 23 (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) receives an unexpected visitor. Jon (Kit Harington) faces a revolt. Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) plans the conquest of Westeros.

Written for television by Bryan Cogman; directed by Mark Mylod.

The trailers showed at least one other person on Dragonstone who didn’t arrive with Daenerys, so who might this mysterious “visitor” be? And is Jon already losing his title as King in the North?

We’ll find out this coming Sunday (and maybe get some more hints what the Night King is up to), so stay tuned for for our “Stormborn” premiere, and perhaps even Game of Thrones’ panel at Comic-Con 2017.
