Fitness Challenge – The End of Week 2
I’m not going to kid you, after two weeks of hard training, we were tired. That’s when making sure your getting enough rest and eating the right things, lined out by Tamara, is super important. Your body begins dumping toxins, building up lactic acid and it is very important to hydrate. You must drink copious amounts of water to flush these things out of your system and help your body function as it should.
It is also great hearing feedback from you, the reader/listener. This weekend a young man came up to me and asked how my fitness plan was going. He began working out and getting in shape to help him deal with diabetes. He encouraged me to continue to share and I thanked him for saying so.
