Evan Rachel Wood Is Engaged to Rebel and a Basketcase Bandmate Zach Villa

Evan Rachel Wood is reportedly engaged to her bandmate, Zach Villa.

The Westworld actress met Villa in 2015 at a John Hughes-themed cabaret, where the two performed. Their union ultimately led to the musical duo Rebel and a Basketcase, which they formed shortly after meeting.

Wood and Villa — who wore matching silver bands on their ring fingers at last night’s (January 29) 2017 SAG Awards -- have kept their relationship largely under wraps, according to US Weekly. it wasn’t until they appeared together at the Critics’ Choice Awards back on December 11 that rumors of a possible romance began to circulate.

Wood’s forthcoming marriage to Villa will be the second for the Across the Universe actress, who married Jamie Bell in 2012. The former couple — who split in May 2014 -- have one three-year-old child together.

Woods has also made headlines recently for her decision to forgo the traditional awards show dress and wear a suit, instead, to red carpet events.

"I've always wanted to do it," she told Giuliana Rancic at the SAG Awards via E! News. "A lot of it is personal. I think I myself felt pressure a lot of times that I had to look or dress a certain way, and especially growing up with the industry.

"So I thought, you know, I'm just gonna go the other way and reach out to a little girl who is like me, possibly," Woods continued. "So that's what I'm going for this year—it's all about choice. Choice. Options."
