Stylist Haley Camille Freedman has accused Gossip Girl actor Ed Westwick of essentially making her his sex slave for 48 hours in 2014, and said the matter was made worse when media outlets buried the story because they claimed Freedman was lying.

TMZ reports that Freedman has filed a new lawsuit in which she chronicles a trip to Westwick's house three years ago, which amounted to a group gathering. Eventually, everyone but Freedman left, and Freedman and Westwick began having sex. But things quickly went south when Westick asked Freedman to "strangle him, slap him and spit on him." Freedman didn't, so Westwick did to her, instead, she alleges.

Freedman adds she, disoriented, spent the night, and when she took a shower the next morning, Westwick forced sex on her. Freedman says she was stranded for two days without cell service or access to her car — she also didn't know where, exactly, she was. Freedman claims Westwick continued to offer to drive her to her car, but would delay the trip to continue to have sex with her, instead, which resulted in "bruising, bleeding and internal tears."

Freedman is now suing her former business partners that she claims cut her off because of plans to go public with the Westwick story. She also got word that attempts to tell her story through certain media outlets were killed by Westwick's team. Text messages sent to one outlet profiled her as "unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous."

Freedman also claims Westwick threatened to sue her.

Westwick was previously accused of sexual assault in November, when Kristina Cohen alleged Westwick raped her three years prior. She said she had dinner at Westwick's house when the actor began acting strangely, and even propositioned Cohen and her boyfriend to have group sex.

Then, in a bedroom, Cohen said Westwick was suddenly "on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to f--- me. I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me."

Westwick denied the allegations.
