Downtown Midland Converted into the North Pole

Downtown Midland will be converted into the North Pole now through Christmas.

According to NewsWest 9, the Downtown Midland Management District along with others wanted to do something special for Christmas, so turning downtown into the North Pole is just what they have done.

The Winter Wonderland is located at the Bank of America Tower Plaza on Wall and Big Spring Streets.

It comes equipped with a synthetic ice rink and giant snow globe to name a few. The Winter Wonderland will be around till December 23rd and officials say the synthetic ice rink will be in Midland for the next 5 years every December.
