Cockenzie's iconic chimneys were demolished by controlled explosion last Saturday, changing the skyline around East Lothian.

The 149-metre twin chimney stacks and the turbine hall at the former Cockenzie power station are demolished in a controlled explosion. Each of the chimney stacks had 150 holes drilled in them which were then filled with explosives. Thousands gathered to watch the demolition, which was carried out on Saturday

It's like watching a train wreck, with chimneys!
