'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' just got a bit more funny. 'Arrested Development' fans are getting amped to see Judy Greer reprise her hysterical role as the boob-flashing Kitty Sanchez in the show's Netflix comeback, but now fans of the funnygirl have another upcoming gig of hers to look forward to.

Vulture recently learned that Greer, also known for her role in 'The Descendants' with George Clooney and Shailene Woodley, has been added to the cast of 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' as our new Cornelia! That's right, keep an ear out for her voice 'cause she'll be donning a motion-capture suit for the role, which will be expanded from the previous film's depiction as a potential love interest for Andy Serkis' Caesar.

"For so long I haven't been able to say anything about it, so this is exciting!," she said of the casting. "It's a very different kind of work than I'm used to. I'm not going to be wearing Manolo Blahniks in this one."

The Matt Reeves-directed sequel takes place 15 years from where we left off in 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes,' and two dueling storylines will be the focus: the group of human scientists looking to survive in the now post-apocalyptic San Francisco, and Caesar struggling to maintain his dominance over the ape kingdom. Aside from Greer, the film will also star Jason Clarke as our new James Franco character, Gary Oldman, Keri Russell and Kodi Smit-McPhee. 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' hits theaters May 23, 2014.
