Child-bride Courtney Stodden knows all about Marilyn Monroe. Specifically that she was a breathy-voiced blonde with a big rack, a habit of standing over subway grates and an involvement in a rumored government cover-up with JFK that ended in her death.

Well, okay, she probably doesn't know that last part. But as for the rest? Stodden thinks she and the screen icon are totes twinsies.

“I look back to the pin-up days, to Jayne Mansfield, Brigitte Bardot, Marilyn Monroe and those beautiful, iconic women. So I want to be iconic and I feel like I am [iconic]," Stodden explained of her connection to the classic beauties of yore.

"I feel like I’m different, I married young. Those women were old souls, and I feel like I can connect with them. We're both old souls and we’re having fun, and being glamorous and flirty.”

In her spare time, Stodden tweets about Monroe and tries to be her, even once donning the iconic 'Seven Year Itch' dress and creating an even racier photoshoot that would have the late Monroe blushing all the way down to her stilettos.

But there's another big difference between them -- while Marilyn graced the pages of Playboy and was so beloved by Hugh Hefner that he even bought the crypt next to hers for his eventual resting place, the magazine wants no part of Courtney. At all.
