City of Odessa Warns of Slick Roadways Due to Water Line Breaks

Officials from the City of Odessa are warning residents about water breaks throughout the city causing ice and slick driving conditions.

According to NewsWest 9, numerous water breaks through the city of Odessa coupled with the cold temperatures are causing roadways in some areas to be slick.

Drivers are warned to look for slick spots in the road and to be aware of utility crews repairing water lines all over the city.
