"Nobody cares about Clark Kent taking on the Batman," Laurence Fishburne, as the Daily Planet's Perry White, tells Henry Cavill's Superman alter ego. But Warner Bros. and DC Comics hope the moviegoing public will disagree, and they've released two new 30-second teasers for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice ahead of its March 25 release.

The first spot sees Clark Kent trying to convince his editor to let him cover Batman, who he views as more a danger than a hero, and then shows Krypton's chiseled Mr. Perfect bullying Gotham's flawed billionaire-turned-vigilante (can you tell who's side I'm on?). Watch above.

Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne hits back in the second teaser. "He brought the war to us," he tells Jeremy Irons' weirdly dreamboat-y new version of Alfred. The dual teasers set up the conflict between DC's biggest super heroes, ramping up the theater like a between-match WWE skit. And we're fully on board!

The plot of Zack Snyder's feud-turned-team up is as follows, according to IMDB: "Fearing the actions of Superman are left unchecked, Batman takes on Superman, while the world wrestles with what kind of a hero it really needs. With Batman and Superman fighting each other, a new threat, Doomsday, is created by Lex Luthor. It's up to Superman and Batman to set aside their differences along with Wonder Woman to stop Lex Luthor and Doomsday from destroying Metropolis."

Gal Godot co-stars as Wonder Woman (and she'll get a movie of her own in 2017), while Jesse Eisenberg is our newest Lex Luthor. Game of Thrones' Jason Momoa will play Aquaman, and recent casting rumors name Ezra Miller as Barry Gordon/The Flash.
