A 2.7 Magnitude Earthquake Shook Snyder on Thursday
If you were in Snyder yesterday you might have felt a slight shake underneath you.
According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, the U.S. Geological Survey recorded a 2.7 magnitude earthquake at 10:12 am yesterday about 10 miles north of Snyder.
USGS also reports this is the 14th quake in West Texas in the past 12 months and the fourth in the Snyder area.
