If you have followed my blogs for any time at all, you know that one of my favorite things to do is to Skywatch; to look at stars and satellites cruising the space above our planet. Sometimes I forget there are things looking back down at us.

'Scientists unveiled today an unprecedented new look at our planet at night. A global composite image, constructed using cloud-free night images from a new NASA and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) satellite, shows the glow of natural and human-built phenomena across the planet in greater detail than ever before.' - NASA

See if you can spot Midland/Odessa in the NASA image.
